2. Event Registration & Payments
Event registrations are processed at the time of checkout.
Payments are required to secure your spot at an event unless otherwise stated.

3. Communications and SMS Terms
3.1 Consent to Communications
By providing your contact information (including your mobile phone number), you agree that Connexion Hub may communicate with you regarding your registration, event details, updates, networking opportunities, and follow-up information via email or SMS, where applicable. chevents.biz
3.2 Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You are not charged per message by Connexion Hub, but your carrier may charge based on your mobile plan. chevents.biz
3.3 Opt-Out & Help
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP. Opt-out does not affect your ability to purchase tickets or use our services. chevents.biz
3.4 SMS Consent is Not a Condition of Purchase

4. Connexion Hub Membership terms and conditions
4.1 Modification of Membership Features
The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify, update, replace, or discontinue any aspect of the membership, including but not limited to benefits, services, content, pricing, or access levels, at any time. Such changes may be made with or without prior notice. Continued use of the membership after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any significant changes enhance or maintain the overall value of the membership experience.
4.2 Refunds
All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes partial months, unused benefits, missed events, or periods of non-use. Connexion Hub does not offer refunds for membership payments except where required by law.
4.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request in writing to [email protected] or through your membership account portal (if available). Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to membership benefits until the end of the paid period.
4.4 Auto-Renewal
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Connexion Hub to charge the payment method on file for the recurring membership fee, including applicable taxes, until the membership is cancelled.
4.5 Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or fails to process, Connexion Hub may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment is not successfully completed, membership access and benefits may be paused or cancelled until the balance is resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, materials, and event resources provided by Connexion Hub are the intellectual property of Connexion Hub and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent. chevents.biz
6. Limitation of Liability
Connexion Hub is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in events or use of our services. chevents.biz
